Amazing place. Great ambiance. Friendly staff. Amazing food. Lami kaayo and to think their food are straight from their farm. It's refreshing to eat a huge bowl of salad. Lami ilang binalot na adobong dilaw. Ang they have cucumber juice made from scratch. Medyo lisod lang ipark, but they have reserved parking for customers. Overall, it was a great experience. I would totally come back!

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Davao! This place oozes with charm, relaxed and homely vibes. Menu is simple but the presentation is superb and creative. Everything we ordered was top notch, packed full of flavour, service was fantastic. Ceviche with grilled pork (sinuglaw) is a-must order.

Food is delicious and served fresh, with ample amounts for the price.Service -- the staff was accommodating and was conversant.Atmosphere -- rustic barn feels that matches the island life vibe.

Food is always excellent and freshly made. Highly recommend their salads, wings with kesong puti, panseared garlic malasugue, kostilas (baby back ribs), and tsokolate islamds for desert.Photos were taken during a bday party we catered (its buffet style btw)

Top rated restaurant for the really great food, Filipino ambiance, support for local products and artists and courteous and friendly service crew. Balik Bukid is one-of-a-kind. It has a tree house for viewing, with a top deck that has its own stove and water for small group cook-out. The kind owner is also the Chief Chef. The food served are all fresh and authentic Filipino. Love the squash cooked in coconut milk, pinakbet, inihaw na tuna and other sea foods, sisig, pansit, sinabawang manok and more. They have local wine Tuba. The native coffee is arabica and boiled the traditional way. The licensed in-house tattoo artists has the unbelievable gentlest and almost painless touch. Catch the nights with live music and you will love the place even more!

Let me start with the worst. They did have everything on the menu. Surprise! But what they had was fantastic! Homemade bread was like eating crusty clouds. The Kesong was herbmazing. Ceviche just the right zing! Homemade chocolate ice cream in a basket was Divine.

I really loved it here. Their whole resto including their interiors are made of recycled materials. It is truly IG-friendly too. For their menu, they have great healthy food at reasonable prices. Loved their presentation as well. Tried their bread and it tastes so good. Had a pan-seared fish for lunch and I am satisfied. Service is very warm and efficient and staff are very friendly too. Worth-coming back. By the way, they sell organic products and plants here too.
